Brenda is very supportive and compassionate while bringing our own strength and power out.
Even though it was my first treatment with Brenda today, I can tell this woman is extremely gifted and very authentic. I left feeling grounded, renewed and optimistic.
Always wonderful with Brenda! I always feel amazing both mentally and physically after a treatment with her.
I offer each patient a specially designed treatment, every time.
Whether you are a dancer, an athlete, a yogi, an office worker, a child … or anyone else … I will apply a custom blend of techniques from my diverse skill set to treat your issue in a holistic way. I have had great success with this. For example, through deep muscle stripping and fascial unwinding, I have been able to help patients resolve years of chronic pain.
I graduated from Ontario’s D’Arcy Lane Institute in 1996 and have over 20 years’ experience as an RMT (I’m registered with the College of Massage Therapists of B.C.). I have also travelled the world to learn massage techniques from Thailand, India, Japan and Korea.
In addition, I have been practicing cranial-sacral therapy for more than 10 years, and have explored numerous other healing modalities. Experience has shown me that sometimes a subtle approach is the best way to uncover the root of a patient’s physical issues.
I am fascinated by how brilliantly we can twist and turn our bodies in and out of ease. This fascination continues to inspire my education and professional practice and confirms that the benefits of massage can be increased dramatically when both mind and body are addressed.
